2) Enter the quantity purchased on that product.
3) Click the "Add Product" button to add your product and quantity to the Claimed Product List that will appear below.

To start a new search, highlight your selected product and 'delete' it or type new search text.

It is recommended to keep copies of all materials submitted for your records.
